Stronger Women • Stronger North • Stronger Nigeria
Halima Shekarau Northern Women Support Group for Asiwaju unites women across the nineteen northern states behind a shared agenda of empowerment, service and civic participation. From the ward to the national secretariat, our members are organised, verified and counted.
Every member receives a QR-verifiable digital identity card and a personal referral code, so that growth is transparent and grassroots leaders are credited for their work.

Haj. Halima Ibrahim Shekarau is the founder and National Director General of the Halima Shekarau Northern Women Support Group for Asiwaju (HASNA), a national movement mobilising northern women behind a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria.
A humanitarian, entrepreneur and community organiser, she is the founder of the Garkuwa Down Syndrome Foundation, where her Vision 3000 initiative has expanded care, advocacy and inclusion for children living with Down syndrome and their families across northern Nigeria.
